Vladimir Surcinski is a dedicated food safety professional with over ten years of experience in the field, specializing in implementing food safety practices, conducting training and conducting GFSI audits. His experience is based on working in global retail, food production industry and certification bodies. He is an accredited auditor and trainer who has conducted over 1,000 audits in various industries and trained more than 10,000 people. Vladimir is Vice President and CEO of ENFIT International Association Supply Chain Safety. His mission is to promote ENFIT standards and procedures worldwide and to apply them in all types of transport and logistics companies.

This presentation will introduce you to the latest findings from Transport Hygiene Risk Analysis. This is a GAP modelled ENFIT tool that we have been using since the beginning of this year and has already been carried out at over 40 sites. Today we will present to you the highest risks associated with transporting units, as well as the cleaning that could potentially contaminate your materials or final products. We will provide information on how to prevent and control these risks, as a unique input to the industry.
